Terms and conditions
General Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase agreement is made with TWPP.
The products in the online store do not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. For technical reasons, the images of the products may differ in some ways from the physical products themselves. You may add products to your shopping cart, with no obligation to purchase, and add or delete your selections at any time by removing them from the Shopping Cart. By clicking the “submit your order” button, you agree to a binding order of the articles in the Shopping Cart. You will receive a confirmation email of the receipt of the order immediately after the order has been placed. However, this confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of your order. Acceptance of the order will arrive in a separate email containing a delivery confirmation or upon delivery of the goods. If you have opted to pay for your order in advance, you will be informed of the acceptance of your order via the order confirmation email. We do not store the text of the contract.
If any products are out of stock, unavailable, or sold out, the customer will be informed. If delivery is temporarily not possible, the order, where permitting, will be reserved. In the case of sold-out products, the customer may choose to cancel the order or to be put on a waiting list for a possible reprint or new edition.
3. Delivery Conditions and Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, taxes and shipping fees may apply. For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties. We only deliver by mail, so pick-up of goods is not possible.
The following payment methods are available in our store:
4.1. Credit Card
Your credit card will be charged upon dispatch of the goods.
4.2. Crypto Currency
We are able to receive orders paid for in certain crypto currencies such as Bitcoin. Please be sure that the amount paid takes into account any fees and shipping costs, and contact us directly to confirm payment. After payment in the correct amount is confirmed we will begin processing the order.
5. Reservation of Property Rights
Goods remain our property until payment is made in full.
6. Damage During Shipping
Should products be delivered with obvious shipping damage, please issue a complaint with the delivery service as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Since we work with different vendors for different products, any such cases will be handled on an individual basis, and we may not be able to resolve the problem, but we will do our best to work toward a resolution.
7. Customer Service
You can contact us about customer service inquiries, complaints, and claims by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling or texting +1 (505) 545-4090.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product. We do not assume liability for breaches of insignificant contractual obligations, nor do we assume liability for anything attributable bodily injury, illness, or death.
9. Minors and Children’s Online Privacy
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, effective April 2000, pertains to websites directed toward children under 13 years of age. While we do sell children’s books, we do not collect information on persons under 13 years of age. We ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.
10. Severability Clause
Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid due to new statutory provisions, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The parties will agree to replace the invalid provision by a valid provision corresponding with the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
